Return & Refund Policy – NMK Ventures

At NMK Ventures, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective or not working properly

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Different from the product description

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in original condition, and with the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Digital products or downloadable items

3. Return Process
To request a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with:

  • Order number

  • Product photos (if damaged or defective)

  • Reason for return

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
